To do so, I combine 20 years of clinical experience as a physician-anaesthetist with additional training in menopause, lifestyle medicine and sports. My approach brings together bioidentical hormones, lifestyle optimisation and personalised exercise advice. Together we work to help you feel energetic, balanced and yourself again. As a mother of two, dog lover and passionate marathon runner, I understand how important it is to stay strong both physically and mentally, even during (peri)menopause.
