I work as a physician specialised in women's health. I also enjoy focusing on prevention through keynotes and webinars. I'm a curious, female GP, and in recent years I've focused on women's health in depth. At Uma I want to guide women who feel they no longer recognise themselves, who feel that all kinds of things are changing in their body and mind, but who can no longer find their footing. Dear woman in (peri)menopause, you don't have to go through this alone. I'll walk alongside you so you can enter or continue this phase of life with more ease. The guidance I offer ranges from lifestyle advice and a listening ear, to starting treatment with bioidentical hormones, to referral when multidisciplinary care is needed.
