I'm Nina, originally from Flanders but living and registered as a doctor in the Netherlands. I'm an internist and intensive care doctor. Working in intensive care taught me how important it is to live in the here and now, and to enjoy it. Our body and mind are remarkably powerful, and we know more and more about how you can actively support your own health, with and without medication. But seeing the wood for the trees isn't always easy. Certainly not in perimenopause, with all its trees: a wide range of symptoms, lifestyle factors like movement, sleep and mental resilience, hormones and hormone therapy. I'd be glad to guide you through it. I start from where you are now. With real attention, and from knowledge and experience, I help you find clarity. There's nothing you have to do, so that you can choose your own direction. I see women who live in the Netherlands and consult in Dutch and English. I look forward to meeting you.
