As a GP, I guide women through every phase of life. At Uma, I focus on those in (peri)menopause. Together, we map your symptoms and look at the underlying causes, then build a plan that lasts.
Lifestyle medicine plays an important role in this phase. My focus is on nutrition and metabolic health, stress regulation and the nervous system, sleep quality and recovery, exercise and muscle building, hormonal and thyroid balance, and gut health. The guidance I offer combines lifestyle advice, (bio-identical) hormone replacement therapy, and targeted referrals when needed. Prevention and active control over your own health are central.
